Having traveled the world for training and competition, Nick is not just a practitioner but a global explorer of the art. Competing up and down the east coast, he is a household name in the local Jiu-Jitsu community.

Jeremy is an experienced Alliance Brown Belt with 7+ years of dedicated practice and competition. He has notable success in both Gi and No-Gi disciplines, with medals at IBJJF events plus Grappling Industries, NAGA, NewBreed, Pride, NJBJJF, Fuji, Men of War, and Goodfight Submission Only tournaments. Jeremy brings a wealth of skill and contagious passion to every class.

Dean is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt with 11+ years of experience. He previously owned and operated a jiu-jitsu gym in Shanghai, China, where he coached students of all ages and built a strong foundation as both competitor and instructor. Now living in New York, Dean trains under Jason Rau and Nick Ronan — two of the top no-gi practitioners in the world — and brings a technical, structured approach to coaching. He has extensive experience teaching children.
